We are ready to take you on your IT journey

Our IT onboarding process is all encompassing, but designed to ensure the
least disruption to your business:

Visit to your site by two HB Tech experienced engineers. We will carry out a full audit of your systems. Documenting in detail all areas of your IT systems, including equipment, software and licences. We will identify where they work and do not work for your business and work out a plan for going forward. We will set up remote access and monitoring and remove access from a previous provider.

We will arrange a follow up meeting at your office or our office to familiarise you with your key engineer contacts.

After a settle in period of two months our Commercial Director will visit you to see how everything is going and if there are any areas, we can improve for you.

After six and twelve months we will carry out an account review.

After six months there is the option to have a strategic review with our Technical Director to look at options for implementing complex IT solutions to help take your business to the next level.
