  1. An HBTech engineer will inspect your site. We will conduct a thorough review of your IT infrastructure, documenting hardware, software, and licenses in detail. We’ll identify areas that benefit or hinder your business and devise a future strategy. Our team will establish remote access, monitoring, and remove access from a previous provider.
  1. After a settle in period of three months your account manager will contact you to see how everything is going and if there are any areas, we can improve for you.
  1. Going forward we continually review your IT strategy, based on your needs.  If required, we can also offer a strategic review to explore sophisticated IT solutions that could elevate your business operations.
