Josh has been delivering IT support and solutions since 2018.

Josh has accumulated a wealth of experience in delivering top-tier customer service to clients.  In addition to his extensive knowledge of a wide range of IT products, Josh possesses strong leadership qualities.

‘‘In December 2020, I started my journey with HBTech.  Throughout my professional life, I have consistently gravitated towards customer service roles, driven by my genuine enjoyment of meeting new people and the interactions that such roles offer.  Combining this passion with my interest in all things IT, I quickly realised that HBTech presented the ideal opportunity for me.

As the Helpdesk Manager at HBTech, I can truly showcase the wealth of experience I have built in customer service over the years.

When I’m not at work, you’ll typically find me in one of two places: either in the kitchen, where my passion for cooking leads me to experiment with a wide range of recipes and cuisines or exploring the intriguing remnants of history in nearby ruins and castles. Winchester will always be one of my favourite places to visit as there is so much to do and see!’’
