I started with HB Tech in December 2020 following a varied career path, I have always worked in customer service roles as I love meeting new people and the interaction that it brings. Coupled with my passion for everything IT, this stood out as the perfect role for me as I quickly learned that HB Tech strives to deliver exceptional IT support whilst delivering a great customer experience.

My role as Helpdesk Manager with HB Tech allows me to really showcase my many years’ experience within customer service, I can communicate clearly and efficiently with users on the phone to find the right solution for our clients. My IT experience then comes into play as I can troubleshoot, fix, or escalate the many issues we see every day.

Outside of work, you will either find me in the kitchen as I love to cook, trying all kinds of varied recipes and cuisines or exploring a nearby ruin or castle as I have a huge interest in history. Winchester will always be one of my favourite places to visit as there is so much to do and see!
